Using Huginn’s Way
Huginn’s Way is a free trip-planning website and app provided by Huginn’s Way LLC (registered as Huginnsway LLC) (“Huginn’s Way LLC”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Huginn’s Way LLC. You must be 18 or older to use Huginn’s Way. By using it you agree to these terms. You’re responsible for your account and for what you add, share or upload.
AI suggestions
Some plans, tips and answers are written by AI (Google Gemini). They can be wrong or out of date, so treat them as suggestions and double-check anything important — opening hours, prices, safety, and entry rules especially.
Planning information isn’t a guarantee
Itineraries, AI suggestions, travel times, opening hours, weather, prices, exchange rates, entry requirements and contact details come from public and third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always confirm important details — especially entry and visa rules, prices and schedules — with the official source before you rely on them.
Bookings happen elsewhere
Huginn’s Way doesn’t sell travel or take payments. When you book through a link, your agreement is with that airline, hotel or site, under their terms. Some links may earn Huginn’s Way a commission.
Groups and shared costs
Group expense totals and payment links are a convenience; payments are made in the payment app you choose, between you and your group.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or overload it.
- Don’t upload anything unlawful, or other people’s private information without permission.
- Don’t upload payment cards or identity documents.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add — trip notes, photos, ideas and reviews. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run Huginn’s Way for you and the people you share it with. Only add photos and text you have the right to use. When you post a share link or postcard on social media, that site’s own terms apply.
Our content and copyright
The Huginn’s Way name, logo, design, text and software are © 2026 Huginn’s Way LLC and may not be copied or resold without permission, except as allowed by law. “Huginn’s Way” and the raven-and-compass logo are trademarks of Huginn’s Way LLC. Maps, photos, place descriptions, weather and safety information come from third parties under their own licenses — see Copyright & credits. Airline, hotel, car rental and other brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; it doesn’t mean they endorse Huginn’s Way.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on Huginn’s Way infringes your copyright, email mitch.riker@huginnsway.com with the details listed on our Copyright page and we’ll review it promptly. [Confirm takedown process and any DMCA agent registration with your lawyer.]
Availability and changes
Huginn’s Way is provided “as is”. Features may change or stop, and we may update these terms; we’ll show the new date at the top. [Limitation of liability and dispute terms to be added after legal review.]
